Napa, California: Our returning customer who got his Ford F-350 coated earlier wanted his new OutdoorsRV Titanium Series 5th Wheel coated so that he could travel all across the United States, all the way up to Alaska later this year. RVs and boats normally have a Gelcoat rather than a clear coat on the painted surfaces and the coating substrate that is ideal for such surfaces is thicker, more concentrated, and engineered specifically for gel-coated surfaces.

We started the installation by giving the entire RV a full foam cannon wash to clear out all surface-level debris and dirt. After the wash, we performed a surface decontamination on the entire RV by using clay. Bar treatment to get rid of any embedded dirt and contaminants.

After inspecting the surface of the vehicle for imperfections, we sectionally installed a 5-year graphene coating on the vehicle’s get-coated painted surfaces, starting from the side, back, side, and front, in that order.

Finally, we inspected the surface to see if any uneven high spots may need to be leveled out. Once finished, the 5th wheeler looked radiant among the hills of Napa Valley. The coating will now make maintenance and washing of the RV a breeze, especially when facing the harsh snowy climate in Alaska.
