Napa, California: Our Chevy Silverado customer from Napa had reached out to us to not only have professional-grade coating protection on the exterior but also have coating installed on the leather, rubber, plastic, and fabric surfaces which would help prevent damage to the interior of the vehicle’s surfaces caused by stains, paint transfers, spills, and UV rays from the sun.

We started the installation process by first washing the Chevy Silverado using a graphene foam wash solution and then drying the vehicle with ultra-plush high-GSM professional drying towels that would ensure that the surface was squeaky clean without any scratches added to the surface. After blow-drying the vehicle, we then performed a clay bar treatment to get rid of any above-surface contaminants that had embedded themselves on the surface. After the clay bar treatment, we buffed the vehicle using a high-speed buffer to get rid of below-surface defects while ensuring that the surface was completely clean before installing the coating.

We then performed a detox treatment that stripped the vehicle’s paint of all polish residue while applying a catalyst that would speed up the curing process of the coating. Finally, we installed the pro-grade 10-year graphene coating on the paint, glass, wheels, and polycarbonates(lights) giving the vehicle the ultimate bumper-to-bumper protection against bird bombs, tree sap, overspray, and other chemical damage.

For the interior, we cleaned all the surfaces with a pH-neutral cleanser that primed the surfaces for proper coating bond. We then applied interior coatings, depending on the type of surface, on the leather, plastics, rubber, and fabric surfaces.

Overall, the vehicle looked extremely glossy and the customer gave us a compliment on how amazing the vehicle looked! With the interior and exterior coatings, the Chevy Silverado will look pristine for years to come while saving extreme costs on maintenance.
