Napa, California: Our customer who owned the Ford F-350 reached out to us because his son had his blue Golf R fully coated by us a year ago and was thoroughly impressed by how good the coating was working for his son. Among the hills of Napa Valley, we started the process of graphene coating installation by first giving the entire vehicle a full wash to get rid of any bugs and environmental contaminants that were embedded on the vehicle’s painted surfaces.

Once the car was thoroughly washed and dried using plush microfiber towels with high GSM and a blower, we inspected the surfaces to see if they required a clay bar treatment to remove any above-surface contaminants. Noticing light roughness on horizontal surfaces, despite the car being new, we performed a quick clay bar treatment to leave a silky smooth finish on the vehicle’s painted surfaces.

After the clay bar treatment, we used light polishing and a detox treatment to drastically enhance the gloss of the vehicle, remove any below-surface contaminants, and leave a surface that would bond rapidly and properly with the painted surfaces.

Finally, we installed our signature 10-year graphene coating on all painted surfaces, front glass, polycarbonates(lights), and wheel face to turn the car into a smooth surface and a head turner on the road.
